A surf villa in Peniche
An hour from Lisbon, right on the Atlantic. This is where you'll live and work for the week.
What you'll find at the villa
Standard rooms are double occupancy. If you'd rather room with three or go solo, let us know and we'll sort it out.
We'll be filming it
The week will be fully documented: photos, short-form video. Expect content worth posting. If you'd prefer not to be filmed, just let us know in advance.

When and where?

Who is this for?
Consumer tech founders building marketplaces, wearables, apps or agentic AI products.
What's the format?
5 people, one villa, 6 days. 3–4 hours of deep work a day, 5 founder sessions from TRMNL4, and 4 partner sessions in roundtable, 1-on-1, hackathon, and workshop formats. And around all of that: 4 surf sessions, 4 yoga sessions, a day trip to Nazaré, a winery visit, and no agenda evenings by the fire.
Do I need to be a TRMNL4 alumni?
Nope. The group is a mix of alumni and new faces. You just need to be building a consumer tech product, and have a quick call with us to confirm your spot.
What if I don't surf or do yoga?
Totally optional. We'll have professional instructors guiding every session, and first-timers in the group, so it might be worth giving it a shot :)
Can I get a single room?
Standard is double occupancy. Solo rooms are available but limited in number. Just let us know when you apply, and we'll sort it out.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes. If the price is a stretch right now, reach out, and we'll figure out a payment plan that works for you.
Can I see the full list of participants?
The group is still coming together, and people are booking their trips as we speak. Apply, and we'll share the list of confirmed participants so far. And if you want to know who else is in before you commit, just ask.
